Who We Are

JACK REARDON, JD., LL.M. 

Attorney Joseph John Reardon, Jr., (Jack) focuses his practice in the areas of Trusts and Estates, Wills, Probate and Elder Law.  He has a Master of Laws in Estate Planning and Elder Law, and has been practicing law since 1998.  He is a native of Cape Cod Massachusetts, where he was raised in a family of seven children.  Jack was very active in youth sports growing up, and now enjoys coaching several youth sports in his home community of Essex, Connecticut, where he lives with his wife and two children. 

Jack earned his juris doctorate degree in 1998, from Suffolk University Law School. He began his career as a Legal Analyst with a large life insurance company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.   Jack left this position in 2000 to become an associate attorney for a prominent insurance litigation firm in Boston. 

In 2003, Jack started his own law practice in Wellesley, Massachusetts, which he subsequently relocated to Essex.  He became a shareholder with Cipparone & Zaccaro, P.C.,  in April, 2012 (www.261law.com). 

Jack obtained his LL.M. (Master of Laws degree) in Estate Planning and Elder Law, from Western New England College School of Law, in May, 2011.   He is licensed to practice law before the federal and state courts in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. 

Jack is a member of the Elder Law and Estate & Probate sections of the Connecticut Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Connecticut chapter of NAELA (Vice President and member board of directors), and the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Eastern Connecticut.
